Endo--endo

I had to answer the door to a postman this morning. I saw the van pull up I wanted to run to hide, but he had seen me. As he walked to the door I could feel it, the dread the feeling of doom. My heart pounding in my chest. The familiar sick feeling that starts just under my ribs and spread in waves out along my arms and legs. Tightening my skin so that it feels one layer thick and stretched impossibly thin. After a moment of pause I force myself to open the door. He stares at me blankly I begin to wonder if the pause had been to long  had he seen me through the frosted glass?. I become hyper aware of every micro movement my body makes. I fee
